Wenn es guten frischen Thunfisch gibt, ist ein Thunfisch-Sashimi eine sehr leckere Vorspeise – und sieht dazu auch noch super aus.


Für 4 Personen:

  • reichen 200 g Fisch
  • etwas Wasabi aus der Tube
  • 100 ml Sojasauce und
  • eine Prise Flor de Sal Natural


Die schnelle Zubereitung:

  • Den Thunfisch schneide ich in möglichst dünne, ca. 3 x 6 cm große Stücke,
  • fülle die Sojasauce und das Wasabi dekorativ in zwei Schälchen und
  • richte den Thunfisch wahlweise mit eingelegtem Sushi-Ingwer an.


Die Fischstücke bestreue ich mit einem Hauch Flor de Sal Natural. Schon ist das Sashimi fertig :-)
